Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

About personal changes in executive management

4iG Public Limited Company (“4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that in line with its earlier announcements, 4iG will start to develop a holding structure aligned with its strategic focus areas. To ensure the successful transformation of the Group and to manage the challenges of rapid growth effectively, 4iG Plc. has decided to entrust the management of the business area and its processes to a separate executive manager. In line with the decision, Mr. Aladin Ádám Linczényi, member of the Board of Directors, will be responsible for the development of the holding organisation and the implementation of the growth strategy as Deputy CEO. As General Deputy CEO, Mr. Tamás Tápai, who has just joined the Group, will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of 4iG's IT division.

Mr. Tamás Tápai holds a degree in engineering and is an IT engineer with experience in project management, senior management and corporate governance in a multinational environment. Between 2014-2016 he was the IT Manager of the Central and Eastern European region of Sanofi-Aventis Zrt., and between 2016-2020 he was the Head of the Development Sector of T-Systems Hungary Ltd., and later the Deputy CEO. For the last year, Mr. Tamás Tápai he has been running his own company.

Mr. Tamás Tápai will take up his position as General Deputy CEO of 4iG from 8 June 2021.
