Ethics and Compliance
The 4iG Group operates a whistleblowing system through which ethical issues related to the 4iG Group’s Code of Conduct are addressed.
The system also allows any employee of the 4iG Group to report any behaviour that violates 4iG’s Code of Ethics. Based on such report, where appropriate, the Ethics Committee will investigate any non-compliances that may have arisen.
Ethics
The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is an integral part of corporate governance at the 4iG Group. It was drafted to consolidate
and systematically record the values, principles, and ethical standards adopted by the 4iG Group, alongside the rules of conduct
expected of all employees. Through its core principles and guidelines, the Code encourages full compliance with employment
regulations, governs employee conduct both internally and in external relations, and serves as a guide for making the right
decisions in any given situation.
All Group employees are required to know the Code of Ethics and adhere to its principles. By issuing this Code, the Group
demonstrates to the general public that it conducts its business in strict accordance with applicable laws and regulations,
while reaffirming its commitment to ethical compliance.
Furthermore, the Business Partner Code of Conduct is an extract from this comprehensive document, highlighting the specific
ethical standards we consider vital in our business relationships and expect our partners to uphold.
The primary purpose of the Rules of Procedure of the Ethics Committee is to define the responsibilities and powers of the
departments and employees involved in ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Furthermore, it establishes
the operational rules for both the Ethics Committee and the Compliance Officer, alongside the framework for investigation
procedures.
Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy
The 4iG Group and accordingly the 4iG Information Technology Ltd. strictly prohibit all forms of corruption. We are committed
to developing and maintaining a corporate culture focused on preventing and detecting potential corrupt activities. To achieve
this, the 4iG Group continuously strives to establish anti-corruption best practices in line with industry norms and standards,
and trains its employees accordingly.
In this regard, 4iG Information Technology Ltd. has formally adopted the MSZ ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System.
The principal mission of the compliance function is the execution and oversight of this management system. Having thoroughly
assessed and identified corruption risks, the company has structured its compliance framework ensuring that all established
controls are strictly proportionate to the identified risks and fully capable of preventing and detecting acts of corruption.
For the 4iG Group, and consequently for the 4iG Information Technology Ltd. fight against corruption extends beyond mere compliance
with national and EU statutory requirements or moral considerations. In both domestic and international markets, corruption
threatens clean business operations, distorts market competition, and poses a severe risk of significant reputational damage.
In the Group's Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy, we have defined the strategic direction and the framework for achieving
our compliance goals, fully aligned with the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
The 4iG Group attaches great importance to the early detection of all corruption incidents and related threats. Therefore,
the Group and the 4iG Information Technology Ltd. separately operate reporting channels (such as the Ethics and Compliance
Line available at compliance.hu) through which employees, partners, clients, and any other individuals aware of an act of
corruption can submit a report, including anonymously.
The 4iG Group supports, encourages, and expects its employees and—in accordance with the anti-corruption provisions of its
contracts—its contractual partners to report any corruption incidents of which they become aware. We believe that employees,
contractors, and clients are often the first to notice potential acts of corruption or imminent threats of corruption. Therefore,
we consider it particularly important to facilitate the rapid and direct transmission of relevant information and potential
evidence to the person competent and empowered to investigate the matter
