4iG IT Ltd., a subsidiary of 4iG Group, and Montenegro’s Ministry of Public Works signed a definitive contract for the digitalisation
and technological modernisation of the country’s law enforcement agencies. The signing took place on 20 October 2026 at a
ceremony during the AIM 2026 EU–Montenegro Investment Conference in Portonovi. The agreement establishes the contractual framework
and implementation terms for the project, which was first announced in March 2026. This is 4iG Group’s first IT services contract
with a foreign government, under which the Group will deliver comprehensive technology upgrades and integrated IT solutions
for the government customer. 4iG Group is one of the biggest investors in Montenegro and has been present in the country’s

and border protection agencies. Ministry of Internal Affairs is the end user and participates in defining the technical requirements

The programme includes upgrades to technologies supporting border inspections, communication systems and IT infrastructure.
4iG IT will supply equipment and systems and provide the associated installation, commissioning and systems integration services,
alongside specialist training and expert support. The solutions will support day-to-day law enforcement operations and improve
the technological capabilities used in border checks.

our border police capabilities, introducing advanced technological solutions and creating the conditions for closing Chapter
24 of EU negotiations. Through this cooperation, we are creating new opportunities for knowledge exchange and the implementation
of European standards. The Ministry of Public Works remains committed to delivering strategic projects that support Montenegro’s
modernisation, balanced regional development and improved quality of life for its citizens. Today’s signing also reaffirms

services and systems integration alongside telecommunications. The project supports the international application of 4iG IT’s
systems integration experience gained in Hungary and contributes to the export of Hungarian ICT expertise.
