4iG acquired a 75% majority stake in the summer of 2021 in Hungaro DigiTel (HDT) Ltd., One of the leading satellite telecommunications providers in the region.

OUR FIELD OF ACTIVITY

Hungaro DigiTel Ltd. is Hungary's leading and one of the leading telecommunications service providers in the region with its own infrastructure (terrestrial satellite transmitting station), which provides high-quality telecommunications solutions - construction, monitoring and operation of telecommunications networks - with using satellite, so-called VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) technology. The company, which currently employs 45 people, had sales in excess of HUF 5.2 billion in 2020, and HUF 3.1 billion EBITDA, and it’s customers include key private sector companies (banks, oil companies, television companies) and government customers. The company leases resources from a number of international operators (AMOS, Eutelsat, Intelsat) to provide satellite capacity..
