market participants that, in respect of the bond named “4iG NKP Bond 2031/I.” with ISIN HU0000360276, issued under the BondFunding for Growth Scheme of the National Bank of Hungary (Magyar NemzetiBank), it has duly fulfilled
all its prior debt service obligations; it hasfulfilled its interest payment obligation for the year 2025 on 29 March 2025,and
has fulfilled its principal repayment and interest payment obligations forthe year 2026 on 29 March 2026, in accordance with
the terms set out in theInformation Document.

market participants that, in respect of the bond named ”4iG NKP Bond 2031/II.” with ISIN HU0000361019, issued under the BondFunding for Growth Scheme of the National Bank of Hungary (Magyar NemzetiBank), it has duly fulfilled
all its prior debt service obligations and hasfulfilled its interest payment obligation for the year 2025 on 17 December 2025,
in accordance with the interest payment terms set out in the InformationDocument.
