(“4iG IT”) regarding the acquisition of the business quota representing 90% (ninety percent) of the registered capital of
Mobil Adat Távközlési és Informatikai Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered seat: 1037 Budapest, Montevideó
utca 3/b. III. em. 1.; registration number: 01-09-995858) („Mobil Adat”) has taken place today, thus 4iG IT became the 90%
owner of Mobil Adat.
