Transaction carried out for own account by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

4iG PLC ("4iG") hereby informs its shareholders and participants of the capital markets that László Blénessy, a member of the Board of Directors of 4iG, acting as a person discharging managerial responsibilities, has carried out a transaction for his own account in respect of shares issued by 4iG.
