Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.

On concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: “4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as: “MoU”) was signed among 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “4iG SDT”), it’s affiliate REMRED Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “REMRED”) and Apex Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as: “APEX”)in order to co-develop a production model for mass satellite manufacturing.

In accordance with the MoU, the aim of the cooperation is to develop a method of mass manufacturing satellites for constellations. The cooperation will provide the foundation for a competitive European satellite manufacturer, from development to application, leveraging Apex’s satellite production expertise to enhance the system integration capabilities and engineering skills of 4iG SDT and REMRED.
