Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.
On concluding a contract of high importance
4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: “4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that
today a binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of high importance was signed between 4iG Space and Defence Technologies
Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “4iG S&D”) - a member of 4iG Group - and EUTELSAT SA connected to frequency
usage rights and orbital positions affecting the performance of the HUSAT program announced on 20 November 2024.

The HULEO constellation will consist of six electro-optical satellites (HUEOP) and two synthetic aperture radar satellites
(HUSAR).
The Parties agree to treat the orbital position and the frequency rights leased by Eutelsat SA to 4iG S&D and covered by the
Memorandum of Understanding as confidential, but at the same time, 4iG S&Dconfirms with this announcement that the MoU contributes
significantly to the successful operation of the HUSAT program.
Eutelsat SA is a leading multi orbit satellite operator which operates its own satellites with a track record of more than
fourty years in operating a fleet of satellites – currently 34 telecommunications satellites in GEO and approximately 600
in LEO - and it manages orbital rights and frequencies in cooperation with international and French regulatory authorities.
