On the acquisition of 29.4982% of the shares of One Magyarország Zrt. and V-Hálózat Távközlési Zrt.
4iG Public Limited Company (“4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that the share sale and purchase
agreement concluded on May 15th, 2025 by 4iG’s subsidiary 4iGTávközlési Holding Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered
seat: 1013Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: 01-10-042190) („4iGTávközlési Holding”) and Corvinus
Nemzetközi Befektetési Zártkörűen MűködőRészvénytársaság (registered seat: 1024 Budapest, Fény utca 16 2. emelet; companyregistration
number: 01-10-043547) („Corvinus”), for the acquisition of29.4982% of the shares wholly owned by Corvinus (separately) in
OneMagyarország Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 1112Budapest, Boldizsár utca 2.; company registration
number: 01-10-044159) („One”)and V-Hálózat Távközlési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: 1112Budapest, Boldizsár
utca 2.; company registration number: 01-10-143060) („V-Hálózat”)by 4iG Távközlési Holding (“Transaction”) has been closed,
thus 4iG TávközlésiHolding became the 100% owner of One and V-Hálózat.
Following the closing of the Transaction, 4iG Távközlési Holding is the sole, direct owner of One and V-Hálózat, while indirectly,
through 4iG Távközlési Holding, Corvinus owns 37.90% and 4iG owns 62.10% of the shares of One and V-Hálózat.
