Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.
Appointment of CEO of "ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA" Zrt.
4iG PLC (“4iG”) hereby informs the capital market that László Blénessy, member of the Board of Directors of 4iG Plc and previously
Deputy Chief Operating Officer, will take over the management of the Telecommunications Division of the 4iG Group as of 01
December 2022. The decision was made by the management, in line with the group-wide and international development strategy
of the company, which will in the future place greater emphasis on exploiting synergies between the telecommunication and
IT sectors and on the consolidation of the sectors.
In accordance with the decision, László Blénessy will be the new CEO of "ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA" Magyar Műsorszóró és Rádióhírközlési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: 1119 Budapest, Petzval József u. 31-33.; company registration number: 01-10-042190).
