Pedro Vargas Santos David to leave the board of directors of the 4iG Group

The composition of the Board of Directors of 4iG Plc is changing as of 21 November 2025, Pedro Vargas Santos David has stepped down from his position on the Board in order to focus on his international investments and the increasing responsibilities associated with them. 4iG will hold an extraordinary general meeting on 17 December, where shareholders will decide, among other items, on the election of a new board member.

Pedro Vargas Santos David has been a member of the Board of Directors of 4iG Plc since 2021. Over the past four years, he has actively supported the development of the Group and played an important role in implementing 4iG Group’s comprehensive growth strategy and international expansion.
