Mariann Kállay brings over 30 years of HR experience within large corporate environments and has held leadership positions since 1998.She earned her degree in Economics from Károly Róbert College and obtained her qualification in Labor Law from the University of Pécs. She began her professional career at Magyar Posta, initially in payroll and then in HR operations. From 2015 onward, she focused on strategic HR processes and played an active role in the strategic transformation and digitalization of the HR organization. Not only she was actively involved in its development, but later she also led Magyar Posta’s HR service center. In 2019, she joined 4iG Plc., where she was responsible for the labor law and organizational preparation of acquisitions.Since September 2022, as 4iG Group’s Head of Organizational Development, her main responsibility was to ensure HR compliance during corporate separations and mergers, while also maintaining day-to-day operations. Since October 2024, she is 4iG Group’s HR Director, overseeing not only the Hungarian subsidiaries but also the strategic coordination of HR processes in Montenegro and Albania.
