Chairman of the Board; Chief Executive Officer
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 4iG Plc has been leading the Group since August 2018 and has been the company’s
majority shareholder since July 2020.
Upon the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, he was appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador
responsible for the development of international business relations by Tamás Sulyok, President of Hungary, in March 2025.
His investments independent of the 4iG Group are carried out and managed by KZF Asset Management Plc, owned and controlled
by him, as well as by iG Tech Capital Fund Management Plc and iKON Fund Management Plc.
Prior to joining 4iG, from 2015 he served as Chairman of the Board and minority owner of Konzum Plc., and Managing Director
of Konzum Management Ltd. Following the restructuring and repositioning of the company, he directed the merger of Konzum Plc.
and OPUS GLOBAL Plc.
After graduating from the College of Public Administration, he gained extensive experience in real estate development and
investment. As the founder and majority owner of SCD Group, he led one of the most prominent property development, tourism,
and venture capital investment companies in the Central and Eastern European region for nearly a decade. From 2011, he worked
as a consultant in the international capital market.
