Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.

On the renewal of the 2100 MHz radio spectrum usage right

The 4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG") hereby informs capital market participants that today its member company, One Magyarország Zrt. (hereinafter: “One”) has reached an agreement with the National Media and Infocommunications Authority on the renewal of its radio spectrum usage right for three 2x5MHz frequency blocks in the 2100 MHz frequency band.

One is entitled to use the renewed frequency blocks until 24 June 2042, which fixed period can be extended once for a maximum of five years, without conducting a competitive procedure and paying another one-time fee. One is required to pay a one-time fee of HUF 16.5 billion for the renewed frequency blocks 5% of which will be paid within 15 days, and the remaining part in four equal installments in January 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030.
