Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.

On the decisions of the Government of Montenegro

The 4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "4iG") hereby informs capital market participants that yesterday it has received notifications regarding that the Government of Montenegro has decided to start negotiations with 4iG and its member companies to prepare contracts for the implementation of the “Project on the Construction of the State Data Center” (hereinafter: “Project1”) and the „Development of Law Enforcement Technology Project” (hereinafter: “Project2”).

The professional working group to be established for the implementation of the projects will examine the possible financing options for Project 1, the Government of Montenegro has set the budget for the implementation of the Project2 at EUR 54,250,000. 4iG emphasizes that the decisions of the Government of Montenegro do not constitute a contractual commitment.
