Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.
On the issuance of a regulatory certificate in connection with the acquisition of control over HeliControl Kft.
4iG Plc. (“4iG”) hereby informs capital market participants that the Hungarian Competition Authority (Gazdasági Versenyhivatal – “GVH”) has issued a regulatory certificate in connection with the concentration resulting from the direct acquisition of sole
control over HeliControl Kft. (registered seat: 1095 Budapest, Lechner Ödön fasor 3., company registration number: 01-09-960023,
“HeliControl”) by 4iG Space and Defence Ltd. (registered seat: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39., company registration number: 01-10-142725,
“4iG SDT”), a subsidiary of 4iG (“Transaction”).
In its certificate dated 23 March 2026, the GVH confirmed that the notified concentration does not raise concerns that would
require the initiation of a competition supervision procedure.
With the issuance of the regulatory certificate, an important condition precedent for the closing of the Transaction has been
fulfilled. The closing of the Transaction is expected to take place in the near future, subject to the fulfilment of the remaining
condition precedents.
