Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.
On concluding a cooperation agreement
4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: “4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that
today its subsidiary, 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: “4iG SDT”) and
the Hungarian Defence Staff – on behalf of the Hungarian Defence Forces – have concluded two framework agreements (hereinafter
referred to as: “Framework Agreement”) effective until 31 December 2030. The Framework Agreements provide a call option for
the Hungarian Defence Staff regarding the products specified in the Framework Agreements.
The subject of the first Framework Agreement covers the delivery of military off-road trucks - including four base vehicle
types and related services (training, maintenance and spare parts) - for the Hungarian Defence Staff. The Framework Agreement
provides the opportunity for the Hungarian Defence Staff to order these products in the future – in the frame of the call
option as specified above - based on various specifications – up to a total amount of 1 523 190 576 euros - until the end
of 2030 by concluding individual contracts between the Parties.
The subject of the second Framework Agreement covers the delivery of 4x4 modular off-road combat vehicles - including eight
base vehicle types and the related services (training, maintenance, spare parts) - for the Hungarian Defence Staff. The Framework
Agreement provides the opportunity for the Hungarian Defence Staff to order these products in the future - in the frame of
the call option as specified above - based on various specifications – up to a total amount of 2 538 650 960 euros - until
the end of 2030 by concluding individual contracts between the Parties.
