Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.

On concluding a cooperation agreement

4iG Public Limited Company hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today a cooperation agreement (hereinafter referred to as: “Agreement”) was signed by 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Private Limited Company, Ministry of Defence of Hungary and Hungarian Defence Staff in order to develop Hungary's defence capabilities and strengthen its defence industry.

The Agreement specifies that the Parties shall cooperate with each other in accordance with the applicable law in order to develop their capabilities and the defence sector, expand employment opportunities and strengthen their innovation efforts.
