Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.
4iG Space and Defense Technologies Private Limited Company on the issue of bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 176,600,000
4iG Plc. (registered office: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39., company registration number: 01-10-044993, hereinafter: "4iG") hereby informs capital market participants that its subsidiary, 4iG Space and Defense Technologies Private Limited Company
(registered office: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39., company registration number: 01-10-142725, hereinafter: "4iG SDT") has issued bonds based on the authorisation of the 4iG SDT’s general meeting.
On 27 February 2026, 4iG SDT issued 1766 pcs, each with EUR 100,000 nominal value bonds, the total nominal value being EUR
176,600,000 (one hundred seventy-six million six hundred thousand euros) with ISIN HU0000366349, a maturity of 8 years from
the date of issue and a fixed annual interest rate of 5.1% (hereinafter: "Bonds"), which were successfully subscribed in full. 4iG provides a guarantee for the payment obligations arising from the Bonds
up to a maximum value of EUR 247,240,000.
The repayment schedule for the Bonds is as follows:
- 10% of the nominal value, EUR 10,000 on the 4th anniversary of issuance;
- 20% of the nominal value, EUR 20,000 on the 5th anniversary of issuance;
- 20% of the nominal value, EUR 20,000 on the 6th anniversary of issuance;
- 25% of the nominal value, EUR 25,000 on the 7th anniversary of issuance;
- 25% of the nominal value, EUR 25,000 on the 8th anniversary of issuance, on the maturity date
4iG will use the proceeds from the Bonds to finance the following acquisitions and shareholdings purchases:
- N7 Defence Holding Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság;
- VAB Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság;
- Hirtenberger Defence Systems Védelmi Ipari Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság;
- RÁBA Automotive Holding PLC.
- HeliControl Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság;
- Gestamen Kutatás Fejlesztés Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság.
