Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.
On company establishment
4iG Public Limited Company (“4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that today 4iG’s subsidiary 4iG Space and Defence Plc. (hereinafter
referred to as: “4iG SDT”, registered office: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: 01 10 142725) has decided on the establishment
of four subsidiary companies in Hungary under the following names: NADIR Geospatial Solutions Plc., Digital 4 Defence Plc.,
SDT Alpha Plc. and SDT Beta Plc.
The shareholders of 4iG SDT have also decided by resolution that its subsidiary, CarpathiaSat Hungarian Space Telecommunications
Private Company Limited by Shares (registered office: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: 01
10 140969) should establish a subsidiary company in Hungary under the name of HUSAT Orbital Infrastructure Plc.
All five direct or indirect subsidiary companies of 4iG SDT are aimed to enhance the business opportunities with flexible
and industry focused operation. Outsourcing each domain to separate subsidiary companies allows 4iG SDT to develop a streamlined
and efficient organizational structure.
