Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.
On concluding a Memorandum of Understanding
4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as: “4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that
today a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as “MoU”) was signed between 4iG Space and Defence
Technologies Private Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “4iG SDT”) and ATS GROUP DOOEL Skopje ( hereinafter referred
to as “ATS GROUP”)
4iG SDT is a Hungarian company with headquarters located at Krisztina krt. 39 H-1013 Budapest, Hungary - a leading player
in the space and defence sectors. As a subsidiary of 4iG Plc. - one of Hungary’s largest Technology and Infocommunication
company groups - 4iG SDT specializes in satellite manufacturing, Earth observation (EO), telecommunications, and advanced
and traditional defence solutions.
ATS GROUP is a North Macedonian company incorporated and registered in North Macedonia with headquarters located at 1550 no
17 Skopje - leading manufacturer in Defence industry - specializes in manufacturing of ballistic production, aramid composite
production, small calibre ammunition and production lines machinery for ammunition.
Based on the MoU, the Parties expressed their mutual interest in future cooperation focused on
- the defence industry of North Macedonia - including potential joint investment and business development solutions, and
- the field of small-calibre ammunitions, ballistic and composite technologies globally.
