Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Nyrt.
On concluding a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding
4iG Public Limited Company (“4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that 4iG has signed anon-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) today with TWF INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS (registered seat: Tashkent, Mirabad district, Taras Sh Ortaköy Mah., Muallim Naci
Cad., No: 22 Beşiktaş/İstanbul) (“TWF”) from Turkey.
In the MOU the parties have agreed to cooperate in the fields of technology, telecommunications, digital infrastructure, information
technology, space, energy, and logistics sectors, as well as other sectors mutually agreed upon by the parties.
The aim of the parties by signing the MOU is to recognise the Parties’ aligned strategic interests, therefore the parties
expressed their intention to work together in reviewing and advancing opportunities of mutual relevance across priority sectors
and regions, including the possibility of partnering on specific transactions and enhancing the performance of existing assets
to achieve their optimal value and support long-term value creation.
