About the change in the Board of Directors

4iG Plc. ("4iG") hereby informs its shareholders and participants of the capital markets that Pedro Vargas Santos David, member of the Board of Directors, has resigned from his membership of the Board of Directors as of 21 November 2025.

4iG expresses gratitude to Pedro Vargas Santos David for his work and activities to date, which he has performed for the success of the Board of Directors and the 4iG Group.
