The sales team of nearly 50 colleagues is one of the key standard-bearers of the successes of the company group established 25 years ago.
Our sales managers work in industry-specific directorates where they can focus on companies of specific industries. Areas such as industry, utilities, banking, finance, public administration, commerce and services are vertically divided between the individual sections. Our specialised salespeople support our sales managers and engineers with industry-specific know-how to create value for our clients.Besides the directors, each directorate has senior, medior, junior and administrative employees, and the assistants support them in various back office, purchasing, logistics and other clerical tasks as well as the preparation of quotations and offers.
For many years, the Sales Directorate has been working on positioning added-value solutions based on known technologies and then selling these solutions to its clients in the widest range of industries, offering them innovation solutions that meet the challenges of the new era of the 21st century. Beyond basic IT infrastructure, we have recently managed to extend our portfolio to focus areas that allow us to satisfy the digitalisation needs of our clients. The greatest emphasis has been placed on IoT, Industry 4.0, blockchain technologies, custom application development and cybersecurity.

Not only the sales team but the entire group builds on human knowledge, which we regard as our greatest asset. We are proud of the fact that fluctuation in sales has been especially low for many years. Our colleagues like working here because, despite the strong challenges, this market-leading IT group has a corporate culture of development, continuous innovation, knowledge sharing and quality work relationships. Our directorates have relatively low numbers of employees, good atmosphere and strong team spirit. The sales director sits at the same desk with his colleagues and subordinates, so junior employees or assistants can feel that they are equal team members.
WE SUPPORT THE INTEGRATION OF NEWCOMERS WITH TRAININGS AND INTERNAL PROGRAMMES
As early as on their first day, the Welcome Day offers newcomers an insight into the work done by the various fields of the entire group, allowing them to see the operations and structure of the company. Moreover, our Buddy programme offers additional help in fitting in. The directors and colleagues also provide continuous assistance to newcomers in their integration, and our internal communication channels facilitate their fitting in by sharing not only our policies, but also several technical materials, e-learning education materials and information materials. Besides competitive remuneration packages, we regularly organise internal and external trainings, education, language courses as well as workshops and sales trainings held by manufacturers or distributors to facilitate continuous development. Additionally, teleworking and a flexible working arrangement are permanent options.
