On corporate name changes

4iG Public Limited Company (hereinafter: “ 4iG ”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that "ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA" Magyar Műsorszóró és Rádióhírközlési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: H-1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number: 01 10 042190; hereinafter: “ Antenna Hungária ”) – of which 4iG is the qualified majority owner – will continue its operations under the corporate name 4iG Távközlési Holding Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság.  

As of 1 December 2024, certain subsidiaries exclusively owned by Antenna Hungária will also undergo name changes, specifically: 

- AH EGY Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: H-1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number : 01 10 142447) will continue its operation under the corporate name 4iG InfraCo Holding Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság , 

- AH KETTŐ Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: H-1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39.; company registration number : 01 10 142446) will continue its operation under the corporate name 4iG ComCo Holding Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság , and 

- AH NÉGY Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered seat: H-1121 Budapest, Csíz utca 2-8.; company registration number : 01 09 436756) will continue its operation under the corporate name 4iG Műsorszóró Infrastruktúra Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság.
