4iG Public Limited Company (“ 4iG ”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that "ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA" Hungarian Broadcasting and Radio Telecommunications Private Company Limited by Shares (registered office: 1013 Budapest, Krisztina körút 39. ; company registration number: 01-10-042190) – of which 4iG is the qualified majority owner –has established a company in North Macedonia, which have been registered at the court of registration of North Macedonia under the name of Company for Communication Services ONE MACEDONIA TELECOMMUNICATIONS DOOEL Skopje on today ie. on 18 October 2024.
