On the strategic review of potential infrastructure separation of the Group's own fixed infrastructure in Hungary and passive mobile infrastructure in the Western Balkans

4iG PLC (“4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that 4iG’s subsidiary, "ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA" Zrt., is performing a comprehensive strategic review regarding the possibilities and conditions for potentially consolidating, carving-out and monetizing the Group's own fixed infrastructure in Hungary, along with the passive mobile infrastructure in the Western Balkans. The evaluation is targeted towards the possible integration and unbundling of these infrastructure assets into existing or future companies, as well as the potential transformation of telecommunications business processes, improving profitability, and opportunities for raising capital.
