Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

On the acquisition of 51% stakes in Vodafone Magyarország Zrt.

4iG Public Limited Company (“4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that the sale and purchase agreement concluded on January 08^th, 2023 by 4iG’s subsidiary “ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA” Zrt., together with the Hungarian State, represented by Corvinus Nemzetközi Befektetési Zrt., and with Vodafone Europe BV, for the acquisition of 100% stake in Vodafone Magyarország Zrt. (“Vodafone Hungary”) (“Transaction”) has been closed, thus “ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA” Zrt. became the 51% direct owner of Vodafone Magyarország Zrt.
