She studied at ELTE and in the area of external trade, then she obtained an MSc degree in HR Management at the University of Buckingham in the UK. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in HR at an international as well as domestic level in the segments of FMCG, financial consulting, pharmaceutical industry and telecommunications. The roles she filled in the early stage of her career included the management of key business cycles and also tasks of internal communications, CSR and SSC. As regional HR lead, she coordinated the HR activities of 28 countries in a multinational environment. Committed to corporate social responsibility, in addition to her job, she has been chairperson of United Way Hungary since 2017, and she was a member of the Board of Directors and also leader of the HR team of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) for 10 years. She obtained an ACC international coach qualification in 2015 and has been supporting primarily middle and top managers ever since. She joined the team of 4iG in January 2020.
