4iG Ocean Night, an exclusive night for priority clients with the participation of our manufacturer partners
The 4iG Group has always paid special attention to its partnerships. The aim of this elegant, trendsetting gala night was to meet clients in an informal setting.
“In the IT business we are used to working in an environment of ever-renewing technologies, transforming competitors and changing challenges. So from time to time it’s worth looking around a bit, meeting in person and getting to know each other. Tonight’s event aims at the expansion of our personal relationships in a casual setting as well. It’s our great pleasure that the 4iG Group can be the host of the first, trendsetting gala event where partnerships can be built in an informal setting,” said Dr. Gábor Felső, Chief Executive Officer of 4iG Plc. in his welcome speech at the Ocean Night exclusive 4iG partnership event on the 1st October, in the Buddha-Bar Klotild Palace.
The hostess of the night was Adrienn Bende, Miss Universe Hungary, as well as the creator and racer of the Lotus Ladies Cup. Guest star of the evening, Danny Blue, an internationally acknowledged mentalist, demonstrated through the “clever solutions” typical of the company group how to influence people. The background music was provided by Micheller Myrtill and her band whose music takes the audience back to France of the last century. Each of the more than one hundred guests had a great time playing Roulette, Black Jack, Poker and experimenting with a chroma key photo booth and 3D Augmented Reality Photography.
The event was sponsored by Microsoft, HP, Dell, Intel, IBM (Platinum), EMC2, Veritas (Gold) and Ēlo (Silver).
Common ground with partners
“The 4iG Group went through substantial transformations, from its name change through the development of its holding structure to the organisation of the closer cooperation of affiliates.”
The experience gained throughout the years shed light on the importance of long term cooperation with partners and manufacturers, as the company group can only meet the - often quite high - expectations of the clients if these partnerships are harmonious. However, the 4iG Ocean Night was marked by leisure, entertainment and personal conversations with clients instead of strict professionalism. “With this event we would like to reinforce our commitment to our clients, our expertise and our future confidence,” emphasized Dr. Gábor Felső.
According to Péter Benedek, Country leader of IBM Hungary, the whole industry is dominated by the strengthening of innovative solutions. Therefore, the multinational corporation is repositioning and redefining itself, and will put even more emphasis on investments in innovation in the future. We are in need of new players and new partners in order to move in new directions, so the common ground with the 4iG Group may be the two “I”-s: Investment and Innovation.
According to Róbert Gyárfás, Market Development Specialist at Intel Hungary which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, innovation is indeed the right way to renewal; however, outstanding partners are essential to achieve it. Intel has also put greater emphasis on the continuously expanding relationship with both regional and Hungarian partners, thus they would like to further strengthen their cooperation with the company group.
“The colour blue fits us well and we are great with the many “I”-s too, as we are among the leaders in IT, Innovation and Investment,” said Tivadar Dienes-Oehm, Regional Sales Manager at Dell Hungary responsible for the Baltic states and Iceland. The beneficial business partnership with the company group dates back a long time, and many investments were made in the last 7-8 years to bring about successful agreements. “I hope that the profitable relationship between the two companies will strengthen even further in the future.”
Tibor Benedek three times Olympic champion, European and World champion water polo player and the head coach of Hungary men’s national water polo team, gave a motivational speech on overcoming failures.
Inspired by the success of the first 4iG Ocean Night event, the 4iG Group is already planning next year’s event where they hope to welcome even more old and new clients as guests.
