FreeSoft Plc. presented its new audited document and file management system called Contentum on a press conference today which is the only solution in Hungary to comply with the extended obligations stated by law. The certificate on this was handed over by Endre Rippel, Managing Director of CERTOP Product and System Certification House to János Keresztesi, Chief Executive Officer of FreeSoft.
It can be introduced and used without any difficulties in accordance with obligations stated by law at public administration organizations after the audit, as it was only the system called Contentum which acquired the certificate on the extended fulfilment of requirements of decree No. 24/2006 of Hungarian Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Informatics and Communication and Ministry of Cultural Heritage as the result of a qualification procedure.
Public organizations are allowed to introduce only qualified electronic document handling software from 1st January 2007. As a result of this, FreeSoft which has been the market leader supplier of document handling solutions in public administration is expected to have further market increase after the deadline of introducing qualified software.
