Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

On the acquisition of 100% of the quota of Invitech ICT Services Kft.

4iG PLC (“4iG”) hereby informs the market that following a successful proceeding before the Hungarian Competition Authority (in Hungarian: “Gazdasági Versenyhivatal”), today 4iG has acquired 100% of the quota of the subscribed capital ofInvitech ICT Services Limited Liability Company (registered office: 4 Edison Street, Budaörs, H-2040; company registration number: 13-09-190552, registration authority: Budapest District Court; hereinafter: “Invitech”).

The acquisition is a significant step in the implementation of 4iG’s telecommunications market growth strategy. Invitech is one of the leading provider in Hungary in the field of telecommunications and IT network infrastructure services. The acquisition is an important step in building end-to-end solutions for 4iG, with which, in addition to telecommunications, the Group will be able to expand its services in areas related to information technology (e.g., cloud, data center, IoT). In the construction of 4iG’s telecommunications portfolio, Invitech's optical backbone network and other data transmission solutions, as well as business communication services, will provide outstanding synergy and growth opportunities.
