Extraordinary Announcement of 4iG Plc.

On the acquisition of 100% of the quota of Poli Computer PC Kft.

4iG Public Limited Company (“4iG”) hereby informs the participants of the capital market that following a successful proceeding before the Hungarian Competition Authority (in Hungarian: “Gazdasági Versenyhivatal”), 4iG has acquired, instead of contributingafter a quota share purchase agreement, the 100% of the quota of the subscribed capital of Poli Computer PC Kft.(„Poli Computer”) yesterday in the course of a multi-step procedure.

4iG is taking significant steps to continuously increase its competencies and strengthen its position among large IT companies in Hungary. The acquisition of Poli Computer fits in well with the growth strategy of 4iG.As a result of the transaction, a total of 612 professionals will work within the 4iG in the field of IT outsourcing and operations services. Based on the expected revenues from the activity, the number of employees and the orders, the 4iG will become the market leader in Hungary in this IT segment.

Poli Computer currently provides a variety of IT services to 25 large companies. Its sales revenue in 2020 reached HUF 2.51 billion, its EBITDA was HUF 218 million.
